Create Your Workspace
Add your company and start working immediately.
Enter your company name and public website, check the currency and timezone, and select Create
workspace. A bare domain such as acme.com becomes https://acme.com/. Currency starts at USD;
timezone starts at your browser’s timezone or UTC.
The sidebar and organization switcher automatically use an icon from your saved company website. Oblive checks the site’s declared icons, Apple touch icons and web manifest, including SVG, PNG, WebP, AVIF and other common image formats. The building icon remains visible while loading or if the website has no usable icon. This never delays workspace access. Images refresh after an hour; changing the company website starts fresh discovery.
Next, Connect your business tools shows the available integrations. A short dialog explains how your business systems help the AI understand your work. Search by tool name or purpose, then connect whichever tools are relevant. Each connection shows its access; required account or resource choices stay in the connection panel. Optional usage details can wait.
Select Continue to workspace after connecting, or Skip for now to continue without any. Both open your ordinary chat. Connections you have already saved are kept when you skip. Refreshing or returning from OAuth resumes this step. If you leave it, the workspace reminder lets you return and continue. You can also use chat and tasks from the sidebar immediately.
Operator, Chat, Growth, Engineering, and Support are available immediately, including commands, attachments, and tasks. Company research, department knowledge, and integration reporting do not determine whether you can work.
Quick and deep public company research can run while you connect tools. Growth, Engineering, and Support discovery starts after you continue or skip, once shared research evidence is available. Integration exploration starts independently after a usable connection. You do not need to wait for research, exploration, or reporting before working.
Add or manage integrations from inside the workspace at any time. Company facts that are not yet supported remain unknown. Oblive asks for operational details when a task needs them—for example, a campaign budget—without blocking unrelated work.
If creation loses its response, Retry creation safely continues the same request. The form keeps the submitted details until that attempt is resolved; refreshing the page does not start another company creation.
Add business context as you work. Use the Work control to stop new execution when necessary; workspace access does not bypass permissions, disabled profiles, dependencies, or task budgets.
